Sweet Sixteen is a distinctive apple with a deep red skin with hints of green. The flesh is a creamy white with a dense, crisp texture. True to its name, Sweet 16 has a very sweet flavor. With its sweet taste and crunchy texture, this apple is perfect for fresh eating. It also holds up well in pies and other baked goods. It is best consumed fresh or used shortly after harvest, as it doesn’t store for long periods.

William’s Pride

William’s Pride is an early-season apple with deep red to dark burgundy skin and occasional lighter stripes. The flesh is crisp, juicy, and creamy white, offering a sweet-tart flavor. It’s best enjoyed soon after harvest, although it will store for a month or more at the proper temperature.

The Wickson crabapple is unusually sweet for a crabapple. Their sweet and tart flavor with plenty of pectin make these apples great for jams and jellies. The juice of the Wickson crabapple is also a flavorful addition to combine with other apples for cider blends.

Firecracker Crabapple

Firecracker crabapples have red skins and red-tinted flesh with sweet-tart flavor. These 2-inch fruits make nice additions to salads and desserts but they really shine when juiced for jelly or cider. Ripen early to mid-September.
